Convenient and Effective

I don't have a lot of space for a gym in my home, and I've never been a fan of going to the gym. The Ex Kit provides a full body workout in a small space, and I save myself paying for an overpriced gym membership. I'm a newbie when it comes to workouts, and the exercise cards that come with the kit help me throughout the entire workout. I get an amazing workout with everything included in the kit. Truly an amazing product

The Ex Kit is a game-changer for home workouts! It's extremely convenient, versatile, and has high quality products inside a super durable bag. I love how easy it is to carry around, whether I'm at home or traveling. I recently started training for a marathon and love using the resistance bands, booty bands, and slide discs for my strength training days and the stretch band and massage ball for before and after my runs. Plus, the instruction cards make it very easy to follow along with different exercises.
