LENDING

Planning to remodel your box? RAGE Fitness would like to help you finance your dreams. RAGE Fitness is one of the only equipment suppliers on the market to offer lending to club owners. If you have a 250-person membership at your gym, you could pay for $25,000.00 worth of new equipment by just raising your membership dues $2/month. Our flexible financing options are designed to see you succeed. Options include lower or no payments during slow times or weighted payments during busy months.

SHIPPING POLICY

Please check your order carefully when it arrives for damage in transit. Your order is usually shipped within 2 - 3 business days of when the order is placed, depending on its availability and stock status. Larger equipment and custom items usually ship within 2-4 weeks. Please remember that shipping times do not include delivery on Saturday, Sunday or holidays. Please check the product page for any additional information about shipping times.

RAGE Fitness ships products via FedEx, United States Postal Service (USPS), and various freight carriers.

Please see the FedEx Ground Transportation map for accurate transit times to your location. This map is based from our warehouse in Denver, CO 80239. If you wish to receive your product faster than what standard ground shipping offers, please select an expedited shipping method. Please note that the day the order leaves our warehouse does not count as a day in your shipping transit time. (Example: if you live in Georgia and your order leaves our warehouse on a Monday your order should arrive on Thursday.)

RETURN POLICY

Please inspect all items immediately upon receipt. Note any damage or shortage on the delivery receipt prior to accepting the shipment. Contact the carrier immediately to request an inspection and to receive instructions about filing a claim. If further clarification is needed, contact RAGE Fitness at our toll-free number (877) 660-RAGE. No returned goods will be accepted unless authorized by RAGE Fitness. All freight charges are the responsibility of the purchaser. A 20% restocking charge may be assessed on all returned goods. Personal wear may be returned only if they are unused and in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase. All other items are accepeted within 90 days of purchase.

Grips cannot be returned or exchanged if worn or used. Please read the grip instructions carefully before trying grips on for sizing. Always check with your coach to make sure you have the correct style and size before ordering. If you have any questions about grips please contact RAGE Fitness Customer Service at (877) 660-RAGE.

WARRANTY

RAGE FITNESS EQUIPMENT (WITH THE EXCEPTION OF GRIPS) IS GUARANTEED FOR A PERIOD OF ONE YEAR FROM DATE OF INVOICE AGAINST FAULTY MANUFACTURING OR DEFECTS IN MATERIAL. THE SELLER'S SOLE OBLIGATION UNDER THIS WARRANTY SHALL BE TO REPAIR OR, AT ITS OPTION, REPLACE AT ITS EXPENSE ANY DEFECTIVE PART OR PARTS. MATERIAL CLAIMED DEFECTIVE MUST BE RETURNED PREPAID TO US FOR EXAMINATION, IF REQUESTED. DAMAGE CAUSED BY EXTREME USAGE WILL NOT BE COVERED AS IT DOES NOT CONSTITUTE DEFECTIVE MATERIAL OR FAULTY WORKMANSHIP.
